Our prioritized goals 2023/2024

At our preschool, we prioritize a unique educational approach centered around Language, Health, and the Reggio Emilia philosophy, where children are recognized to possess a multitude of languages. We believe that each child possesses a hundred languages, and we provide them with space for aesthetic expression.

In addition to our focus on Jolly Phonics and the Before Bornholms model, we are excited to introduce an emphasis on Music as an integrated part of our teaching methodology. Through the medium of Music, we incorporate concepts from Mathematics, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Science, social skills, and language development.

In line with our commitment to holistic education, we are proud to announce our engagement with the Green Flag initiative. We believe that environmental awareness and sustainability are central aspects of a child's education. This initiative will be interwoven into our curriculum, promoting a sense of responsibility and care for our planet.

Furthermore, we actively work towards achieving the goals set out in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, specifically Goals 3, 4, and 12, as outlined in the agenda for the year 2023. By incorporating these goals into our curriculum and practices, we aim to contribute to a brighter, healthier, and more sustainable future for our children and the world they will inherit.

Goal 3 focuses on ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all people of all ages through preventive measures and modern, efficient healthcare.

Goal 4 focuses on inclusive and quality education for all, as one of the fundamental pillars for prosperity, health, and equality in every society. Education is the key to prosperity and opens a world of opportunities, enabling each of us to contribute to a sustainable world.

Goal 12 focuses on ensuring sustainable consumption and production patterns.
